We started life over 20 years ago when we were invited by Britannia Building Society to act as independent scrutineers for their AGM vote counting. We were the first provider in the UK to offer online voting and since then we have helped many other building societies increase their response rate and better engage with their members.

Pete has working in a number of sales and IT roles throughout his career. He looks after new business development as well as all things technical - quite a broad role! He is a PRINCE2 certified Project Manager.

Lee has worked in Finance for many years with a range of small and medium sized businesses. Apart from making sense of the numbers, he looks after all projects from initial form design right through to AGM scrutineering.
