AGM VOTING AND SCRUTINEERING
For building societies, their Annual General Meeting is a key event and an important part of their constitution. We offer a full postal and online proxy voting service giving members a choice of voting channels and deliver regular and detailed management information during voting. In addition, we attend all our clients' AGMs in person to help register members, collect votes, process results and verify the overall voting and results process.
EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
As more people choose their preferred communication method to be email on their personal devices, we offer a proven alternative to the traditional "printed pack" for AGM voting forms and reports. We can send a number of highly engaging, fully personalised emails with simple clickthroughs to online versions of annual reports, marketing newsletters and most importantly our AGM voting portal. There are significant cost savings to be made when members are encouraged to opt-in to this delivery method.
PRINTING AND FULFILMENT
The quality of any printed materials is key and especially when it acts as a prime communication with members as well as when it includes important financial information. We work closely to support your design process and then manage our print and fulfilment partners to ensure everything is printed on time, to the agreed quality standard and are sent to the correct addresses.

In all its forms, data is raw, has no real context and hence can be of limited use. Once we capture data, we offer extensive reporting and management information to help our clients use this to make better decisions.
